Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to process and dispatch orders within one to two business day of receiving your order. Fustra is located in Australia, therefore international deliveries across the globe generally take 1-2 weeks, depending on the delivery destination. All parcels are shipped international priority air mail through the Australia Post network to ensure a reliable, fast and efficient delivery of your order.
Shipping & Handling
The shipping and handling prices at Funstra are based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The shipping and handling cost includes the actual cost of postage and packaging costs. Our high quality packaging standards ensure safe delivery of your purchases. All shipping and handling prices are calculated in real time in the checkout process, before the completion of your order.
All prices within the Funstra online store are quoted in United States dollars for your convenience. Payments for orders in international currencies are converted to our local currency, Australian dollars, for processing wherever applicable. Please note that the exchange rate used by your bank for calculating the amount billed may vary slightly if your account is not held in an Australian bank due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
At present we can only accept online credit card payments for orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. We are not able to accept any personal checks and money orders.
